Coming Summer 2026

Our current plan is to renovate The Tremont to include two street-facing commercial units on the ground floor and six apartments within the upper floors. This plan is, of course, subject to change depending on costs, permitting, and any number of external factors. That said, our current plan is as follows:

The ground floor will consist of two commercial spaces. They will run front-to-back and include separate entrances and mailing addresses from the residential part of the building. As of spring 2025, the smaller of the two street-level commercial spaces is spoken for.

The second floor will have two 2BR/1BA apartments and one 1BR/1BA apartment. The third floor will be composed of two 1BR/1BA apartments and one 2BR/1BA apartment. That’s a total of three 2BR units and three 1BR units. We plan to install an elevator that serves all three floors. All units will have their own washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The Tremont has eight off-street parking spaces at the rear of the building, which will be allotted by unit. Free street parking is also readily available.
